Purchase Successful

Hello and thank you for your purchase from Flying Needle and I sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase.

I do not have an automatic download process, but rather everything is done manually, so please be patient until such time as the order is processed and I send you the links to download via e-mail. 

Please also make sure that you do accept e-mail from kathy@flyingneedle.ca so that you will receive your download links e-mail without any problems

If you have purchased products that will be sent via postal mail, they will be mailed out to you within 24 hours.  Please allow 5 to7 days for delivery.

If you have purchased Embird products please be aware that you do need to download the program as it is a downloadable product.  No CD or DVD will be sent to you.  If you have not already downloaded Embird or any Embird plug-in purchased, please visit the Embird download page.

After registration of your product with Embird, you will receive an e-mail directly from Embird with your password or registration code, including instructions on inserting your passwords to register your product.     If you do not receive your passwords within the next 24 hours, it could be a problem with your isp server or your e-mails from Embird have gone into a spam folder.   Please check with your server and also check your spam folder.
